June 17, 2023; 8:30am 1-mile fun run and 5k run/walk
In partnership with Freedom River (a comprehensive outdoor recreation center located in Hamburg Township that assists in re-assimilation of U.S. military service members, veterans, and their families), the Hamburg Family Fun Fest will host the 1st H.E.R.O. Freedom Run. Featuring a 1-mile fun run and 5k run/walk on a beautiful cross country course located at Manly W. Bennett Memorial Park in Hamburg Township on the east side of Merrill Rd. The event will be held on the last day of the Hamburg Fun Fest – June 17, 2023. We will kick off with a 1-mile fun run at 8:30am and our 5K run/walk at 9am on a cross country style course. The funds raised for this event will benefit Freedom River.
